We were the 1st to rent this re-furbished condo & it met all expectations. The location was perfect - could walk to many places, 5" to the ocean, the grounds & maintenance good, & the other renters very friendly. Quiet spot. Loved the large porch. Allison was right on top of any requests. Would return but hope she is able to sell -
