Great February trip

My wife and I enjoyed the property immensely, and you will not be disappointed. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils, and amenities. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and showed us the local area where a restaurants and other retail shops.

Amazing apartment and exceptional service ever!! The place is across from most beautiful beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Property manager was able to provide help through every step of the way from booking excursions to making sure everything was exceptional throughout the day!

Amazing Place

My second time staying at the Sanctuary. Great staff and located about a minute or two walk to the beach. Place looks as good or better than the photos. Security check points to get into the neighborhood so the area is safe and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Amber and the staff were easy to contact and responded quickly.

My boyfriend & I had a amazing stay in this 2 bedroom condo, with all the amenities and a beautiful pool to cool down and relax. Close to Restaurants and a few markets to buy the essentials that we needed. I wIll be back in the future. xxx

The condo was nicely furnished,clean and in excellent condition.The property manager,Jackie,was very helpful from the time we arrived until we departed.She gave us a tour of the area,recommended restaurants, arranged transportation.Bavaro Beach is a very short walk away.The beach is excellent and chairs and palapas were available at no charge.The town of Los Corales is filled with excellent restaurants.We had 16 days of perfect weather.

Great Family Vacation!

My family and I LOVED our stay here. The condo was very clean and welcoming and I was pleasantly surprised that the housekeepers would come by every other day to clean. This condo is in a great location that has numerous restaurants and a couple of small markets within walking distance. It was also great not only being very close to the beach, but also have a designated spot for you to enjoy. There were also 3 food options available while you enjoyed the beach, so you didn't have to leave your chair. My kids enjoyed their first time out the country and I look forward to returning to The Sanctuary for a future trip!

"Our recent stay at Sanctuary was absolutely peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of traditional resorts. It was just as described, with a great neighborhood full of restaurants right at our doorstep. The beach was incredibly close 4 minute, making every day a beach day! I felt safe to walk by myself every morning to enjoy sunrise on the beach. The hospitality of the Dominican Republic was truly amazing—everyone was super friendly. Our host at Sanctuary was especially wonderful and even surprised me with a birthday cake! Every day, I enjoyed a massage just a two-minute walk away, adding to the relaxation. My family and I had an unforgettable time with adventures everyday. We can't wait to come back!"

Luxurious modern apartment, near new condition, minutes from the beach.

The location is close to the beach in a gated community. The restaurants in the community area are very nice. The apartment has a professional management team. Cleaning is included every other day. The property manager not only gave us a tour of the property but also explained the nuances of the surrounding area. He was generous with his time and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

A lovely, relaxing stay

We enjoyed three nights at The Sanctuary in the 2nd Floor 2bdrm apartment. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked. It was a quick walk to the beach and many restaurant options as well as a couple of small markets. Jackie was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions and even arranged a lovely surprise to commemorate our Anniversary. Our only disappointment was that the airport transport was not timely when we first arrived and we were waiting for over an hour at the airport for him to arrive. Otherwise everything was just wonderful. We would definitely recommend The Sanctuary and would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

I think this place is definitely a clean condo. Immaculate! As the pictures show on the VRBO rental property and the web site for this condo community is exactly what you are getting as far as condo. It is beautiful inside. From the moment we started booking this condo the staff especially Jackie was wonderful in answering all my questions and concerns and gave me ideas like The Pearl Beach club to go to for a day to be able to experience a resort type feel with poolside drinks and restaurants. Ezequiel who is on site speaks English very well and catered to our every need answering our texts right away. He made sure we had drivers to and from anywhere we wanted to go. He gave us a tour, and was just so wonderful. I cannot say enough about him personally! HE is great! The beach if very clean, seaweed was bad but that is all over Punta Cana. But nothing we could not deal with. There is a beach side restaurants within walking distance and tons of little vendors around the beach. There is also 3 restaurants that are quaint and very good food on the property one minute from the condo. We ate at Joy several times and the Italian restaurant as well. There is a great little Spa too! If you exit the condo community there is BAM market about 10 minute walk that has everything you need in regards to food and beverage purchases for your condo stay. There is also multiple restaurants on the way to the market. Citrus being our favorite, Since this rating is for the condo itself, I do feel it was worth the price. Again, clean and quite. The cleaning ladies came every other day and they are amazing. The only thing I was bothered by was they to apply harsh rules upon arrival which I felt a little nervous using anything in the condo because I was told if we got makeup stains on the towels we had to pay for damage. So for that, it was a little uncomfortable touching or sitting anywhere or even using the wash rags and towels. Also they checked everything upon leaving. We would of been responsible for any damage. We didn't check everything upon arrival so I would suggest that upon arrival you do so to protect yourself from being liable from anything that was over looked . Its a very quiet place, which we loved. No party rule. We are a family so that was great. I would highly suggest this place to stay. Do your research on the area so you know what areas are safest to eat and walk around. We did make sure we were in by sundown, as recommended.

GREAT place clean pleasant and great service. Jackie is a great host made sure we was having a great time and that we had everything. I am coming back with friends here. Better then a resort. Meeting locals the beach was awesome. Over all I was very happy to have stayed here. Place was spotless. Cleaning service awesome. Clean rooms towels bathrooms kitchen etc. Best experience ever here in Punta Cana.

Alles war perfekt organisiert und die Anlage und Wohnung sind wunderschön und neu! Wir empfehlen das Taxi für 90$ hin- und retour zum Airport Punta Cana. Die Anlage wird bewacht, wir fühlten uns sehr sicher!
