NEW LISTING: First time offered as a vacation rental! This condo has been only gently used by one family for 30 years. Fully remodeled five years ago

Lake Ozark is waiting for you at this charming 3-bedroom condo. Features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, this lovely property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Complete with a large lake front screened in deck to enjoy your meals, morning coffee, and evening cocktails as you enjoy the serene peacefulness of the lake. Condo comes fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi, this terrific condo ensures a convenient and enjoyable experience. Enjoy your time in Lake Ozark at our cozy condo.

Master Bedroom has a king bed with a large patio door to go out onto the screened in lakefront deck. Has adjoining master bathroom and enjoy watching your late night programs or morning news on the TV.

Queen Bedroom has a queen bed, small tv and it adjoins to the guest full bathroom featuring tub/shower combo.

Twin Bedroom has 2 twin beds, no tv in this room.

Kitchen is a beautiful white kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Breakfast Bar seating for 3 and the dining table will seat 4.

Enjoy the living room area that has a sectional sofa and another chair and tv. You can sit in the living room and enjoy looking out at the lake thru the large patio doors going out on to the deck.

Enjoy the newly rebuilt screened in deck. Deck table and seating to accommodate 6 people. There is no longer a grill available as the Willows HOA Insurance Policy and due to the new fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed for private condo's.

There is a very clean nice swimming pool just steps from the condo and if floating in the lake is what you enjoy, there is a very nice swim platform also just steps from the condo. Bring your own floaters and life jackets. Registered guests can also enjoy fishing from the shared boat dock as well. We are sorry but there is not a boat slip available with this condo.

There is 1 reserved parking space in front of the condo building for this unit. The condo is on the lower level, lake front, therefore from the parking lot there are steps you have to go down.

The Willows Condominium Complex is located off HH Road going toward the Four Seasons Village and is located by water at the 1 mile marker of the Osage Arm.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All dirty dishes are to be washed and put away, dishwasher emptied. You will be emailed a guest information sheet with all check in check out procedures, entry door code, rules/regulations.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We will email a rental agreement and HOA required form to complete. Quiet hours 11:00pm-8:00am. No loud parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties
Propane Grill is provided, NO other propane fryers allowed., $100 fine. NO FIREWORKS allowed anywhere on the Premises
Gasoline containers or any flammables are not to be stored on docks, condo’s, decks or anywhere on premises, do NOT bring!!! $500 fine

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 106-A1 at the Willows has many extras which include a fantastic view from the screened in deck and very nice furnishings and extras!

Why they chose this property

The Willows is very well maintained property and maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 5 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of the complex by water. Boat rentals are very close. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Highway 242 or known as HH Road is paved and lighted and we are 4.5 miles from the US Highway 54 exit.
