New vinyl plank wood flooring through out the kitchen and living room adds to the beauty. With you in mind, all the furniture is new, and walls are freshly painted. No doubt your favorite place will be on the balcony overlooking the main channel, swimming pool and hot tub! Great for watching the kids at the pool during the day and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening! There is a new patio set on the balcony with seating for six. Sorry, due to insurance, gas grills are no longer allowed on the condo balconies. (There are charcoal grills available for anyone's use on site.) The owners have been meticulous in making this a beautiful and comfortable condo for your vacation.

This same great view is yours in the master bedroom suite with a full wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake! In the master bedroom is a new king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and access to the private balcony. The master suite also has a private bathroom with separate vanity. The guest bedroom has two new twin size beds and furniture, ceiling fan and an adjacent guest bathroom. The guest bathroom also has a separate vanity.

Other amenities this condo has to offer is a full size washer and dryer, and gas grill on the balcony. It is only one flight of steps down from the parking lot. It is conveniently close to one of the two seasonal outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. Robinwood / Wrenwood Condos offers two pools, two hot tubs, tennis & pickle ball courts, playground area and basketball goal for family entertainment. The second swimming pool and hot tub is right at the water's edge of the main channel where you can sit at tables and relax under shade trees or in the many loungers while watching the boats speed by. Restrooms are located at both pools as well. This is a family oriented condo complex with quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

The condos are located at the end of popular Horseshoe Bend in a residential area where you can relax to get a way from it all, but also close to many activities and restaurants by either car or boat. Limited boat slip rental is available at an additional fee. We have an office with regular hours right across the street for easy check in and check out. Boat launch and trailer parking is available at the office location. If you will need additional space, we also offer other condos in the same building and complex.
