I would not know about this property because I never got to check in. The host was non responsive days and all the way up to the date of my reservation. Obviously with no check in/check out info, I could not access the property. VRBO’s customer service reps tried the host multiple times. The host couldn’t be reached by message on the VRBO app nor the phone # listed for the host. My calls went straight to voicemail, I was unable to leave a voicemail due to the mailbox not being set up. I also tried texting this phone number a few times, to no avail. I’m not sure why VRBO has this listing up still. Thank god I was able to find a reasonable hotel room last minute, this scenario could’ve gone terribly wrong. I was in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee and the nearby motels and hotels were all charging $300/night. All except one. So thankful for this hotel in McMinnisville.
