The home is a guest house located above a garage to the main house. There is plenty of street parking, even on a busy summer beach day.

The home is fully equipped with new furniture and amenities and sleeps up to 4 adults in 1 queen and 1 full sofa bed. This fully equipped Home features high speed internet,Tv comes with Amazon Fire TV, Nice dining table for 4, recently updated kitchen and bath, Newer Hard floors and carpets, light fixtures. appliances in kitchen which is fully equipped.

This is a quite unit, not intended for guests who want to party. House rules and a standard short term California rental agreement will be followed.

About 1/2 mile (5 blocks) from the beach and 1 mile from the Pier, this prime located Beach home is ready to make your vacation special. Tucked away as a guest house behind a larger home, this is a perfect place for those seeking a quieter location in Downtown HB. Its away from the noise and business of Main street and associated traffic. Only a couple blocks from great amenities as a large convenience Liquor store with Sandwich shop, delicious authentic Mexican food of Fiesta Grill, Laundry, Reds Wine and Beer, Surf shop, and more!
Also a few blocks away along with basketball courts and the grassy playing fields and the local middle and high schools.

Spring Break

It was my son's Spring break and he wanted to hang by the beach. Property is clean and easy to get in and out. I would book it again!

Cozy get away

We came to Huntington Beach for an 80’s music festival and found Dale’s place to check all of our boxes off for a place to stay. The location was great. It has a kitchen. The neighbourhood was great. It was very cozy. Dale was also very good to communicate with for any questions we had.

Great stay!

Cute place that was easy to access and within walking distance from the beach and downtown. We had a great stay and Dale was awesome to work with throughout the whole process.
