Charming, tastefully remodeled beach duplex unit only 60 steps to the sands of lovely Sunset Beach. Enjoy beach living at it's best in this sunny, upstairs, light-filled unit which includes two upgraded bathrooms and gourmet kitchen with expansive eat-in counter. Newly installed air conditioning system to keep you cool on the warm summer evenings. Every part of the home has been completely renovated in decorator grays and whites. Take in the breezes or enjoy a barbecue with friends on your private deck. There are two newly renovated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full size dresser and private en-suite bathroom. This bathroom includes a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a comfy double bed, dresser and desk. The second bathroom is just across the hall and has a tub/shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a brand-new pull-out queen size sofa bed in the living room. The living room provides ample seating for gathering to watch TV or to socialize. The kitchen is also newly remodeled and offers all of the amenities that a cook could desire. The kitchen has a very large eat-in counter for gathering or having meals. The deck is just off of the front door and includes a grill, table for four (or more) and a sitting bench. There are free laundry facilities onsite which include a washer/dryer and utility sink. I provide two bikes and assorted beach toys including boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
This home is conveniently close to many activities and attractions. World class surfing or swimming are just steps away, or opt for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding merely across the road in Huntington Harbor. Numerous restaurants are walking distance and Downtown Huntington beach is a close ten minute drive. Sunset Beach is a quaint beach-town with a vibe all its own, ranging from bohemian inspired eateries to night-time entertainment. There are miles of beachfront path for biking, jogging or an evening stroll. Nearby Bolsa Chica State beach also offers fire-pits for evening gatherings. World-famous theme parks such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are a short 30 minute drive. Nearby Long Beach also offers the Aquarium of the Pacific. This unit is perfect for two couples or a family and there is ample parking on-site (can accommodate two larger vehicles or three compact cars). The nearby greenbelt also offers a children's park and grassy area. Please note that this unit is not intended for parties or large groups of people wanting to have "ragers". Excessive noise and disruption of the neighborhood will not be tolerated. There is a NO SMOKING policy.
