No top sheets or pillow cases on the beds. The closets were all locked, so we had no place to hang our coats or nice clothes. I don't enjoy living out of a suitcase that's on the floor. The dishwasher wasn't in good working order. No hand towels or washcloths in the master bedroom. I'm not sure about the other bathrooms. Overall, it's a great 5 star house with a nice backyard (if you want to be on Ring cameras the whole time you're out there) but the amenities could use some improvement. There's a very nice playground and picnic area just a couple of blocks away. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few details for future guests:
All five bedrooms were fully prepared with fresh, clean sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival. Additionally, the third bedroom closet, which was intentionally left unlocked and open, was fully stocked with extra sheets, extra pillowcases, extra towels, washcloths, and an extra comforter for guest use. Everything you mentioned needing was already available in that space.
The remaining closets are kept locked due to past issues, but the home includes multiple dressers and open storage areas for guests to unpack and organize their belongings comfortably.
We also left a complimentary bottle for you to enjoy during your Thanksgiving stay, as a gesture of appreciation.
We take pride in providing a clean, well-prepared home, and we’ll continue maintaining the high standards that many guests have enjoyed.
