House was very nice and well kept. Hot tub was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of towels. Host was very responsive and good to work with. The location was less than desirable as it was across the street from a pretty bad looking neighborhood.

Thank you for your kind words. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! In regards to the neighborhood, while it’s true that many Detroit neighborhoods are run down and one neighborhood can greatly differ from the other. This neighborhood stays very peaceful and the surrounding houses are occupied and kept tidy. The street is tree-lined and many people even stroll and bike. It is true that a few blocks away can look quite different but I assure you that this street is well kept. In addition, we keep our property in pristine condition with daily care, we provide 24 hour video surveillance on all exterior parts of the home and we have a adt security system in place as well as hourly local police patrol.
