The view from the apartment and resort were beautiful! However there were broken and worn parts of the suite-the closet door was broken, there was a leak in the mini fridge (although it was working despite the leak), the bathtub was a little dirty and broken, the carbon monixide detector was broken. All in all, we had a beautiful stay as everything was functional. The owner offered owner can improve on the cleanliness though-the bathtub was worn and broken

Writing I normally do not respond to reviews because I prefer guests to read and form their own opinions. However, I wanted to respond to this one to provide some context and an update. Up until May 15, housekeeping services for these units were fully managed by the hotel. As owners, we were not always aware of issues inside the unit unless guests informed us directly. In this case, Ms. Avery Gold did report some maintenance concerns, and I sent our maintenance team to address them, but they could not access the unit because the guest did not want anyone entering the room while they were there. As of May 15, we have transitioned away from the hotel housekeeping services and now work with a more dedicated housekeeping and maintenance team specifically for our rental units at the Fontainebleau Resort. This allows us to be much more responsive and proactive when issues arise. We appreciate all guest feedback and are continuously working to improve the experience for everyone.

Host was great. Hotel itself great. You’ll need about 2000 more than what the stay says you’ll need as far as incidentals and cleaning the cleaning fee with taxes is 195 not 155. It’s loud, there is no quiet hour so hard with kids. Not an overly updated suite. Bed was comfy, couch pull out was comfy. Very expensive restaurants and alcohol to be expected with resort prices. Overall would stay again.

The room had a dump smell when walking in, and was dirty. One side of the carpet had stains (probably from spilled wine). The bathroom was also dirty. We requested housekeeping and they cleaned the room the next day.

Condition of the room was horrible. Bathroom specifically hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Scum and build up everywhere. Globs of hair on the walls. Shower didn’t work. Couldn’t take a bath.. had to shower at the hotel spa (in a different building) Toilet and water pressure was low. They are literally just changing sheets and towels in that room.

Great view - Don't need to leave the property

The condo was very nice. It had a great view of the water and beach, and overlooked the pool area of the resort. The resort itself has restaurants, bars, shops, and spa. You can walk out to the beach very easily.
