So Peaceful!

The house has an amazing layout and plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. We will definitely be staying again!

Worst management company yet: Georgia Cabins foy You.

Great place, awful management company. I thought they were a small company from their name, apparently they're huge. The house was beautiful and well maintained. But they provide very little in the way of supplies, our stay was for ten days, just me and my wife. The company tells you that they provide very little in the way of supplies but only after booking. Even pillowcases were absent. We had to launder pillow covers since people before us didn't bring their own either. We did find a couple pillowcases in a closet and after washing those we could get some sleep. Our other issues were the fact that the management co. did not return calls, even after hours emergency calls. We had written down the gate code for the community incorrectly, obviously my fault. However not being able to contact anyone was terrible. It's a very small, very remote community, we were fortunate that eventualy someone left and we could rush in before the gate closed. I never did get a call back! The hot tub didn't work, they did get it fixed the day before we checked out. The batteries went dead in the entry lock, requiring another trip out by customer service, both people that came out were very nice just the same. Even though they don't return calls, the young lady hanlding text messages was very helpful. I'll avoid VFY Vacation For You or Georgia VFY in the future. We've been using VRBO for years and have found that real owners provide much better experiences than management companies.

Although the home itself was beautiful, the lack of supplies and communication difficulties clearly made your visit much more challenging than it should have been. It is absolutely unacceptable that there were no pillowcases ready for you and your wife, and we regret that you had to go through the hassle of laundering what you found just to get some rest. We understand how stressful it must have been not being able to reach us for the gate code, and we sincerely apologize for that. Unfortunately, the issues with the hot tub and the lock were addressed too late to make a difference in your stay, which is disappointing for us as well. While we are glad that the team members who came out to assist were helpful and kind, we regret that the overall experience left you feeling let down. Your feedback regarding supplies and our responsiveness is incredibly valuable, and we will be reviewing both closely to ensure that other guests do not encounter the same frustrations. We truly regret that this was the impression you were left with, and we deeply regret that this was your experience.
