Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
While we always strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late departures. This ensures our cleaning team has sufficient time to thoroughly clean and sanitize your cabin before and after your stay.

Note: 100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to a local single mother who does an excellent job.
Cleaning Company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: coffee packets (2), laundry detergent (1), dishwashing powder (1), dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath, body soap, shampoo, and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can.
Strict House Rules:
Due to previous incidents, we have implemented very strict house rules. We kindly ask all guests to respect these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Please adhere to the following house rules:
Occupancy Policy:
Extra persons beyond the number of guests specified in your booking are strictly prohibited from staying on the property. For security purposes, we have cameras monitoring the exterior of the property to track guest numbers, and security personnel regularly check the premises for any unauthorized occupants. Exceeding the maximum number of allowed guests is considered a breach of contract, and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests. (incl. Children).
Events Policy:
Events such as birthday parties, family gatherings, and weddings are allowed. The maximum number of attendees is 12.
Pet Policy:
No Pets Allowed: This property is strictly pet-free. Bringing any pet(s) is a breach of the rental agreement and will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Please respect this policy to avoid cancellation of your stay.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Age Requirement & Reservation Policy:
You must be at least 21 years old to rent this cabin. A valid ID is required at check-in. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
Pool & Hot Tub Use:
All persons using the pool or hot tub do so at their own risk. The owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Pool Access Information:
A current-year pool pass is required for entry to all pool areas.
Pools are officially open from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily for all pools scheduled to be open.
Clubhouse Schedules & Maintenance Closures:
North Clubhouse (closest to the cabin): Closed for maintenance on Wednesdays
South Baden Clubhouse: Closed on Tuesdays for maintenance
Upper Alpine Clubhouse: Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for maintenance
Lost & Found:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you thoroughly check your cabin for any personal belongings before your departure. If you realize you’ve left an item behind, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to locate it. However, we are not liable for any items left in the cabin by previous guests or left behind by you. If you find any items in your unit that do not belong to you, please notify us right away.
Winter Travel Advisory:
During the winter season, we highly recommend that guests use an all wheel drive (AWD) or 4x4 vehicle. Our driveway has a somewhat steep incline, and navigating it can be challenging especially for those unfamiliar with mountain driving.
While AWD or 4x4 vehicles are not mandatory, they can make your stay much safer and more convenient during snowy or icy conditions.
Please note: We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions or snowfall. We appreciate your understanding and encourage planning accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY GUEST SHOULD VACATE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND.
