Great location, comfortable even though dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at this great location. Short walk easy access to beach and Coligny, easy bike access; just know the property is dated but still comfortable (&this was accurately mentioned when renting, not a surprise); enjoyed the patio view; Note: no ice maker

Needs a deep clean

We loved the location and the communication with the property manager (Seashore Vacations) was fantastic! We knew we were getting an older condo which was totally fine, but we were not prepared for the level of grime built up on baseboards, corners of the carpet and under the beds. Even the wall where the trash can sat had splatter from trash on it. This place is in desperate need of a deep clean to make it more welcoming!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time here. The unit is great, the kitchen could use an update but had everything we needed. This is the only unit that still uses keys so it was a bit inconvenient for the older kids, (with only 2 keys), and trying not to lose them. We would stay here again for sure.
