'The Bunkhouse' With Boat Friendly Circular Drive, Sleeps 12 with 6 Beds

The Bunkhouse rests quietly on a hillside surrounded by trees within the city of Hochatown, gateway to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and the Ouachita National Forest!

Sleeping 12, with 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen size bunkbeds - all together six beds, three bedrooms total and 3 full bathrooms in the cabin.

Two roomy king bedrooms upstairs, one with private full bathroom and one with a full bathroom in the hall, both bedrooms have smart TVs. On the ground floor is a two bunkbed bunkroom with all queen beds and stair access to the upper bunks with its own full bathroom and family room with TV. Living room and kitchen are upstairs, laundry room downstairs.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes and glassware, silverware and mugs, cookware pots and pans, cooking utensils, spatulas, and grill utensils for the cabin supplied for the propane outdoor grill.

Outside is a 4-6 person hot tub, hot tub towels provided, Horseshoes pit, and a firepit with six adirondack chairs.

All linens and towels provided. There's a fantastic safety gate at the top of the stairs, and a set of child proof plastic dinnerware.

Owner built for personal use originally so it's a comfortable cabin, with boat friendly circular drive, hot tub and firepit with horseshoes pit and cornhole game, now available for your vacation!
