Cute but hot.

The home interior is cute and stylish. But there are some concerns that should be explained before booking. 1. The A/C is not sufficient for this home. It took 5 hours for it to cool off after we arrived. The temperature was 78 degrees when we got there. Cold night the first night and the 2nd night was hot. 2 of the bedrooms have standing A/C units (they were comfortable) the other 2 do not (hot). We couldn’t rest well. 2. The curb appeal is not on inviting. It does the home a disservice. I was concerned about the environment, until I walked in. 3. We had an issue with the toilet flushing poorly but the homes host had someone repair it while we were there. All in all, it’s a cute home. And is only about .7 miles from Indian Rocks beach. Which is awesome. But please notify customers of the a/c. I live in Florida and I know it gets hot. So the a/c needs to be upgraded or adjusted. Because was uncomfortably hot during the day. The photos of the interior were spot on.
