With a fun and colorful vibe, the Eagles Nest is a private oasis in the heart of The Woodlands! Just minutes from all the major entertainment districts, as well as tons of fun and interesting local shops and restaurants.
This home features a fully appointed, and remodeled kitchen with new appliances. The primary bath includes quartz counter tops, a large soaking tub and separate shower with bench.

3 Private bedrooms (2 King and 1 queen), plus an additional room with twin trundle beds and a privacy curtain.

Huge back deck and yard, loaded with birds, butterflies and squirrels.

We love our birds! Fill out a checklist of the birds you see during your visit, and we will donate $25 to either the Gulf Coast Bird Observatory or the Bayou Land Conservancy.

Family baseball trip

Another great stay here

This is our 2nd time to stay in this home. The house is clean and well supplied and very comfortable in the Houston heat and humidity. The house is located in the heart of everything - we had no issues getting to stores and shops in the area all within a 10 min drive. The neighborhood is also very quiet and walkable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Lovely home

Lots of birds, great back deck/outdoor space. Beautiful home with high end appliances & everything you need (pots, pans, Tupperware). Also laundry & dish soap. Great office/daybed room - perfect for our 12 year old.

Perfect house for family get away

We loved this house and the owners were exceptionally helpful. My family (Wife, in-laws and 2 children) and I stayed here on trip so that I could race in the Ironman Triathlon and had a great time. The house is very close to restaurants, shopping and the Ironman Texas race course :) The owners were very friendly and had the house was immaculate. My children enjoyed playing darts in the garage as well as spending time in the back yard which has beautiful trees surrounded by a quiet and well kept neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home Base

We were in town for an athletic event and Debra was quick with support for any needs concerning area. There were no needs concerning the house as it was wonderfully prepared with everything needful. And more. This was a great place to hang out with our kids while we were in town for a Highschool athletic event. Highlight for the kids- They loved the garage, ping pong and the spotlight on birds/birding. Lovely place and lovely owners. Will book again when we come next year!

Excellent Stay

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. There were five of us plus my father in law. We had plenty of room. We were in the area for a youth sports event and wanted something more than a hotel for our down time. This place was perfect. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was at the top of the list. The paint was fresh, the furniture was nice, and the home was well stocked with the essentials you need. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated and nice. The owners were also very accessible and wonderful to deal with. We would and will book this property again. No question.

Perfect Place to Stay to Attend Wedding

We were in the Woodlands to attend my son's wedding at Addison Woods in Spring. We rented this property while my brother and sister rented properties from the same owner closeby. It worked out great! We could walk to each other's place. All three homes were very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked. They are well located for area fun. Each morning, our families met up for a fitness walk around the 3-mile loop just across S. Millibend. We went kayaking on the Waterway at the Riva Boat House and ate at Market Street area just a few minutes drive. And bonus, it was only 8 minutes from the wedding at Addison Woods.

Home away from home

This property was a great solution for a long 10 day visit to the area. The owner ensures that you have everything you need so that the only thing you’re stocking up on is food. A thoughtful snack basket was provided as we arrived late in the evening. Very nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Fully fenced backyard for pet or little ones. Toys, games and books for children are available, which was handy when our grandchildren stopped in. The only detractor was the traffic noise, which could be heard from the 2 guest bedrooms. We had to do some juggling the first few days to put the heavier sleepers on that side of the house. But it worked out just fine after that. We felt fortunate to have found this wonderful rental.

Amazing stay!

We stayed here as a family for a pre Christmas get together due to unexpected job relocation. It was wonderful from start to finish. Property was spacious and clean and so close to all the Woodlands has to offer. The house had everything you could need from kids to adults. It was absolutely wonderful and a bright spot to our holiday!

A beautiful welcoming home with big fenced in backyard, beautiful decor, comfortable furniture and everything one would need as if you were in your own home. A Wonderful Retreat

My family and I gathered from around the country for several quaint days at The Eagle's Nest for a relative's wedding. While we were away for the ceremony and other sightseeing in the Greater Houston area The Eagle's Nest made for a wonderful retreat. We enjoyed our drives through the neighborhood, the winding paths and canopy of the trees throughout. My father especially enjoyed his mornings on the back patio and evenings on the leather armchair, daily rituals from home that he could continue so many miles away. Very thankful for the highly communicative hosts who made their home available to my family in such a welcoming manner. Thank you!

Very nice stay

The home is in a nice neighborhood close to walking trails and pretty much everything you might need near by in terms of shops and grocery stores. The home is really nice with a small yard in the back and a deck. The bedrooms were all decorated nicely as well as the home in general. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our stay - we felt very comfortable there.

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Foremost Matt and Debra were great in communicating with us and ensuring that we had all of the information that we needed. It was great having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our breakfast and other meals. We really appreciated the games room in the garage that allowed for some fun ping pong and darts. We also really enjoyed hanging out on the deck enjoying all the birds and squirrels under a great tree canopy. We would definately stay here again.
