Hot tub was great, pool was clean. House had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There were plenty of towels , paper goods, dishes, and everything else we needed.

This well-maintained older house has everything you could want in a vacation home. Looks just like the pictures. I've never stayed at a place stocked with so many things.

Ryan was a fantastic host & very responsive! We asked about a bedside table fan prior to arriving and Ryan ordered one right away & it came on our first day of our trip! The pool was a huge hit! We travelled with our 2 boys, 7 & 9. They swam every day! The whole house was clean and exactly as pictured. I have already recommended this VRBO to a family member! Located in a quiet neighborhood & close to everything.

At first glance, the home seemed fine, though it’s definitely an older property. The outdoor pool area could use some maintenance — the ground needs pressure washing, and there was chalk from previous renters still smeared into the surface. Inside, the bathroom shower still had purple shampoo/body wash on the wall, and the hallway toilet wasn’t sealed properly, which made it unstable when sitting.We also found a woman’s underwear in the laundry, which was unsettling and showed that the cleaning was not thorough between guests.On top of that, during our stay the homeowner had roofers come by to inspect for leaks for the upcoming season, and they ended up making repairs for about two hours. This was unexpected and disruptive to our time at the property.While the house is advertised as a family-friendly stay, we were concerned that none of the doors leading to the pool had updated security locks. This felt unsafe, especially for those with young children. With more thorough cleaning, routine maintenance, and updated safety measures, the property could be a much better rental experience.

First, for accuracy, all doors leading to the pool area are equipped with child safety locks in compliance with local safety standards. We take pool safety very seriously, especially for families with young children. We’ve spoken with our cleaning and maintenance teams to review your comments about the outdoor area and bathrooms to ensure this was an isolated issue and that our usual high standards are consistently met. We also regret that you found an item left behind by a prior guest — that’s certainly not typical, and we’ve reinforced our inspection procedures with housekeeping. Regarding the brief roofing visit, we sincerely apologize for the disruption. The work was unexpected but necessary to prevent potential leaks before storm season. We do our best to schedule maintenance between guest stays, and we’re sorry this couldn’t be avoided during your visit. We appreciate your suggestions and your understanding as we continue to maintain and improve our home for future guests.
