Our group of women in Austin for the book festival settled into this place very nicely. Location was great for getting to the capitol area. The second floor location was a bit of a struggle with luggage but that is on me for not asking ahead of time. And a very nice young woman from the third floor offered to carry my bag up the stairs, which was much appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus. When I had to contact the host, he responded immediately and resolved my question.

Terrible experience.

I cannot recommend this place at all. The overall cleanliness was ok. The complex itself is not great and didn’t seem super safe. The room had a very strong amoke smell. It was so bad. And I mean BAD. It got worse the later it got. The central air didn’t really work so a window unit was added which did keep the main area cool. However, if you closed the bedroom doors you didn’t get enough airflow and it got hot in the bedrooms overnight. Bring your own pillow if you can. The pillows supplied are not comfortable. None of us slept well at all. My daughter didn’t get any sleep. Literally no sleep because the smoke smell was so strong. I won’t stay here again.

Not in a good location. This apartment was on the second floor. It smelled like smoke. We had to go buy an air refresher. Sheets, towels and bathroom curtains, smelled like mildew. There were sheets and towels in the dryer wet, and they smelled. No WiFi at all we never could get the WiFi pass word. We won’t be staying there again, it did not feel safe. People on the 3rd floor were running, you can hear every step.
