We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has amazing views and is very comfortable and quiet for sleeping. AC works great and so does the hot water. The unit was clean and they provided a few beers, some water, milk, coffee etc for our first day. Such a lovely touch, thank you! We would be pleased to stay in this unit again in the future. The complex is wonderful, we have stayed here in the past and will definitely return. The safe and freezer were not functioning properly, hopefully they will be repaired for our next visit.

No AC when we arrived. Host was able to send repair guy to get it going next day. Host did offer us massages for trouble but we didn’t take them. Rest of stay was really good. Loved the views of ocean, cruise ships, and whale sightings. A better system for the water jug would be recommended, as well as labeling light switches, and extra general supplies (coffee filters, dishwasher soap, face clothes). Also, within the last few days noticed the toilet was running so someone might want to look into that.

We never used the hot tub. At 30, no interest. there was NO welcome book and ice cubes. I had to call the property management, for code access, the freezer buttons did not work, the safe did not work, the fan did not work, no lights in the fridge and stove vent, bus stop location, snack bar location !! Whew. I did not need the stress to start my vacation! Oh yeah, the bar next door plays incredibly LOUD music all afternoon til 10pm on the weekends. No sitting on the balcony!Had to vacate at noon with a 6pm flight. Could not hang at the pool.I rented here for the ocean view and pools which do not disappoint. My husband was recouping from a knee replacement of four months. I will not return.
