The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and more than enough towels were provided. It was everything we needed for our stay and Kim was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy and so beautiful. It was newly remodeled so you felt like you were in a brand new home. The attention to detail was a,mazing and Kimberly had is decorated so perfectly. I loved it so much I wanted to move right in. Location was very convenient to town, neighborhood was lovely. I can't wait to go back.

Coby Connection was a wonderful home for my husband and I with 3 teenage girls . The home was centrally located just a street away from the downtown of Cobleskill. The host had all the conveniences set up for us. Communication was quick and helpful. Our family would definitely book future trips with this great, accommodating host and her lovely home.

Quiet, peaceful, wonderful house!

My two adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home! Everything was clean, and it was very relaxing staying here. The hosts had great communication, and were very friendly. If you are considering this home, I would recommend it, but be aware that the stairs to the second floor are very steep, the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. But we loved this beautiful, historic home, and would gladly stay here again!

This home served us well during a tournament week in Cooperstown. The full kitchen, well-pointed bathroom, and washer/dryer were great. No air conditioning on the first floor was the only downside and I recommend the addition of one for a more comfortable experience during the summer. The owner is next door and I appreciated Kim coming over to bring up a box fan and extension cord from the basement for us. Cobleskill has a nice town center with a fantastic bakery, as well as nearby grocery and convenience stores.

This is a quiet rural area that is close to town or the country for walking. A field in back provides privacy. It was also close to the local schools where I taught.

What makes this property unique

This place is close to fast foods, restaurants, stores, and movie theater. Cobleskill Village pool is nearby. SUNY University and public Cobleskill Country Golf Club is 2 Miles away. Fishing at the reservoir and hiking trails are 3 miles away. Fairground is 1 mile away. Howe Caverns, Secret Caverns, Iroquois Museum, and Old Stone Fort are located 10 miles away. Museums in Cooperstown are 35 miles away. Three local Microbreweries are present. Rivers Casino and Proctors Theater are 35 miles away and Saratoga Racetrack is 70 miles away. This house is 5 miles from Interstate 88 which heads east to Albany and Interstates 90 and 87, and west to Binghamton and Interstate 81. Albany Airport and Amtrak are 1 hour east of Cobleskill.
