More information
The space
4 bedroom, 2 bath village home with generous parking and fenced in backyard for privacy, the safety of little ones- people and furry kind. If you are looking for a modernized home full of perfections- this is not the home for you. We have wonky floors, never enough plugs, rooms that adjoin and stairs and floors that creak but if clean, old charm is what you want...this is the vacation stay for you! This home also houses dogs and cats so if you are traveling with your furry loved one, they are welcome! This home is centrally located to so many sights and wonders abound, wonderful restaurants, hikes and shops.
If you're into eating seasonally, this is great town to take advantage of the harvest.
The 4 bedroom 2200 sq ft house eat-in kitchen/dining living room area, hardwood floors, pellet fireplace, and a private back porch overlooking a fully fenced in backyard. We're serious cooks, so we've made sure your kitchen is equipped well.
And when it comes to a good nights' rest, we've got you covered. 4 queen beds.
Also, the upstairs bedrooms are all adjoined as is common in old style homes. This is great for families with children but can be weird if you are traveling with people other than family.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire house with your own key to come and go as you please.
Roku, Blu-ray and WiFi on premises.
Interaction with guests
We stay in the next town over when guests are at the house. We're around pretty much all the time if you need us, but we're the sort of folks who are inclined to let you enjoy your privacy.
We're especially proud of the local spirits available in our local area (winery, distillery, breweries, pubs) You can do tastings of locally produced potato vodka, beer, cider, wine and other distilled spirits just minutes of driving from your door. Pair that with locally raise meats (we can give you recommendations) and produce picked that day from the field (again, we can give you recommendations) and throw them on the grill! Finish off your day watching the kids play in the backyard while warming your feet on the fire while drinking your finds of the day.
