Beautifully furnished, the apartment includes a king bed, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a living room with a dining room table. The apartment’s private and fenced-in outdoor sitting area, equipped with a fire pit and grill, offers quiet vineyard views.
The Clark House apartment is attached to the Clark House but has a private entrance and outdoor area.
Just so you know, access to the Clark House lawns, back patio and grill, and front and back porches is restricted to Clark House occupants only.

Make sure the front door is pulled shut and locked when you leave
Make sure the windows are closed and shut
Make sure the fire pit table and grill are OFF
Take or throw away any open food items that you brought
Take out the trash to the outdoor bins
Load and start the dishwasher
Sign out of all accounts on TVs
