Note: 4WD is required during the rainy season.

The property is ideally located in the heart of Santa Teresa, just an 10-minute walk (800 meters) to the beach, with fantastic restaurants, surf spots, and activities nearby. To fully explore everything Santa Teresa has to offer, we recommend renting a vehicle or ATV/UTV.

You’ll have access to secure, gated parking that can accommodate multiple vehicles—perfect for groups with ATVs, cars, or vans.
