Welcome to your Hood River retreat. This airy, spacious townhome is just a short walk from shops, restaurants, breweries and the riverfront. Whether you’re visiting for a wedding, an event, or a weekend getaway, you’ll enjoy the panoramic river views, comfortable layout and easy access to local favorites.

The space
This bright and thoughtfully designed townhome features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ideal for families, groups or remote work.

The primary suite includes:
- California king bed
- Generous walk-in closet
- Spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Freestanding soaking tub

Three additional bedrooms feature:
- One king bed
- Two queen beds
- Two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower

The open-concept living room invites you to relax with a queen-size sofa bed, cozy fireplace and direct access to the deck with sweeping views of the Columbia River. Perfect for your morning coffee, sunset drinks or dining under the stars.

A fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining table for eight and plenty of storage make it easy to settle in for short or extended stays.

Two dedicated parking spots are available on the property.

The River Breeze modern condo in Hood River is nothing short of stunning. From the expansive views to the up to date and sparkling clean interior, you’ll love your stay here. It’s walkable to nearly anything in Hood River. The only drawback for the location is it is between two fairly busy streets, Oak and State, so you hear traffic most of the time you are on the deck or have doors or windows open, but the convenience and beauty make up for it!

Great stay in the center of all the action. This beautiful townhome was immaculate from top to bottom and looked even better in person than in the photos. The townhome was recently renovated and masterfully designed, and has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, to a laundry machine and extra linens, along with an incredible terrace that has breathtaking views. It's located in a quaint neighborhood on a quiet street, while also being in the heart of Hood River, so it's a 10 minute walk from everything! If you want to be in the center of all the best restaurants, shops, and all that Hood River has to offer, you cannot find a better spot! Also Terry was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant while accommodating any and all of our requests. Thank you again Terry!

Jul 8-12 River Breeze stay

Very new and luxe accommodation with great views…loved the power blinds, plush bedding, and all the instructions….minor fixes: dishwasher is very confusing to program; master toilet- the chain is too short so stopper does not completely seal unless you hand crank the handle in reverse…the patio slider door is not obvious to unlock..a little instruction sheet would help. Major issue: there is only one thermostat (top floor) but lower floors are 6-7 degrees cooler than upper floor. Our guests had to abandon upper floor so we could run thermostat at 76 deg so that the lower floors stayed at 69-70….suggest closing some lower floor vents in summer and reverse in winter.Overall 9/10….would recommend to friends!Thanks.

Hi Jeffrey, Thank you again for staying with us! You were wonderful guests - very respectful and clean - and we trully appreciate that. Since this is our first month offering our home as a short-term rental, your feedback is incredibly important to us. Some things can be adjusted, and others are part of the home's original design, but we'r always open to improving the experience for our guests. Just to share some context: all townhomes were build the same way and have identical thermostat setups. Unfortunatly, that's something we can't change. Regarding the downstairs vent, they are indeed closed I do wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would've gladly come by to address them right away. Real-time feedback gives us the chance to make things better on the spot, while reviews tend to impact our listing significantly.
