My group and I loved this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. There was a cafe, convenience/liquor store right by the property so everything we needed was right there. AC worked well (each room had it’s own) Place was clean and had extra towels/beach towels/linen available if we needed. We only thing we needed to buy for the place was detergent but thankfully the convenience store had that. We loved visiting roatan and this place was plenty comfortable for the 4 of us!

Fabulous communication from the host. She was very helpful in every way possible before and during the stay. The accommodation is well appointed, clean and quaint. The location is great close to beach and other amenities. We really appreciated small additional touches like dishsoap, and ginger beer in the fridge.

We had a fantastic stay here. Lots of amenities we weren't expecting- beach towels, coffee filters, salt and pepper - little things but so helpful when staying a few weeks at a place. The location was perfect - close to the main road and a short walk to the beach. Ruth was welcoming and checked in to make sure all was well a few times during our stay. I'm definitely planning to come back to this beautiful island and stay here!

Amazing place

This place perfectly located in pleasant and safe location. Very comfortable and relaxing with many amenities. I traveled with my children and they loved how the beach is so close by. There are also many stores, restaurants and other businesses so close by (everything within walking distance)Extremely satisfied Thank you

Very nice apartment with a few caveats

The apartment is a short walk from West Bay Beach and right above a few stores with basic groceries. AC worked excellently. Washer/dryer worked. Place was clean, beds comfortable, and overall it's really nice and was priced competitively. Guards everywhere, feels very safe.A few things preventing a perfect review: I was worried about noise from the stores below but actually all the noise is from vehicles going by - I didn't realize that the small road outside is actually the main road! It wasn't super bad, but definitely noticable and sometimes woke me up in the morning.The curtains on all windows are for privacy only and don't block light, which is unfortunately pretty standard. I bring portable blackout curtains to deal with this.I chose this unit due to having a full kitchen, and the stove and oven were great to have but every (nonstick) pot in the unit was horribly scratched, no gouged, to oblivion. I hope we don't get cancer in a few decades from making pasta a few times there.The 5 gal water jug in the unit was fine but it was a slight annoyance that we arrived with it 1/3 full at most. I figured out how to order more jugs, which are very cheap, but the unit should be stocked with a few jugs when new guests arrive. The host was generally very responsive with messages, but she does not live locally (I believe) and seems to have limited familiarity with things like the appliances, so having a contact person "on the ground" might be nice.
