Great location! My daughter and I stayed here, but it would be very comfortable for six people. Very spacious and lots of extras like welcome snacks and games. It's a great place to stay if you want to cook some meals and wash clothes. We would definitely stay again!

Large, modern, and clean house as advertised and ideal for my family to visit relatives close-by. The host was kind and responsive overall and responded quickly when the AC broke during the stay. The house is on a loud street but inside there were no issues with street noise.

The host is amazing! We rented the property due to a film members discharge after an organ transplant, and the house was very easy for her to maneuver around. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Atlanta area.

The property was very clean and it seemed newly redone. The rooms were spacious and lovely, with comfortable furniture and beautiful bedrooms. The neighborhood properties with similar craftsman homes have largely been well maintained or restored.The walk to beautiful Adair Park only 1.5 blocks away was a great way to start the day with our dogs. A very clean historic park, it was frequented by walkers and young families.Beyond the park was the Beltline path, with walkers, runners & bicyclists... also a plus.The only challenge to this property was its location on a busy 4-lane street with a 40mph speed limit. HAPPILY, the noise was not a distraction inside, and you couldn't hear it at all from the primary br in the back. Backing into the drive took some strategizing, like going around the block to wait for a proper gap in traffic. As long as you're comfortable doing that into a driveway with a pitch, this might be a great match.

Wonderful!

The house was clean and inviting. It was surprisingly quiet, despite the location being on a main road and close to town. The location is great, only takes a few minutes to get to downtown. Evan was a great host, he was helpful with recommendations and very responsive to questions.

Very fun and comfortable stay! The home is very cozy and elegant. It was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The owner, Evan, was very helpful and trustworthy. the only downside is that the neighborhood is a little sketchy and it is a bit tricky backing out of the driveway but I would definitely recommend this home if you are staying in atlanta!
