You'll have full access to the basement apartment with a completely separate entrance (digital lock). It includes all your basic amenities; laundry room, work space, living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
No third party reservation—If you book, you must also be staying in the unit.
The reservation must list the number of people who will be sleeping in the house. No additional guests are allowed to sleep in the house or on the premises.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. If we receive complaints regarding noise, we will kindly provide a reminder. If complaints continue you may be asked to leave.

No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking on the premise.
Please do not park cars with leaks on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. No parking or driving on the grass.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
No brought-in speakers, no glitter, no tape on walls, no confetti.
Do not unscrew, remove, open or tamper with any locked doors or restricted areas throughout the property.
No tampering with cameras or wifi
No moving furniture
Any tampering, disabling or interference with outdoor cameras will end your stay, you will vacate immediately.
