BEDROOM 3: upstairs, full bed with twin trundle, 32” Roku smart TV, oscillating fan.
BEDROOM 4, upstairs, twin bed with twin trundle, small bedroom best for kids, oscillating fan.
*Note: stairs to bedrooms 3 & 4 are steep and narrow, not recommended for the elderly or those with a high trip or fall risk.
KITCHEN: All new (2024) stainless steel appliances, ice maker, large farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, large butler's pantry, traditional and Keurig coffee machines, and all standard kitchen utensils and cutlery are included.

We have lived in the Utah area for over 20 years. We love enjoying the outdoors with our 3 young children.
Why they chose this property
We bought this home is late 2023 and spent 6 months completely remodeling it from the ground up. The home was taken down to the studs, new plumbing, electric and HVAC were added and built new from there. The vintage hardwood floor where all that we kept and these were completely refinished. We are thrilling to share this newly remodeled historic home with you!
What makes this property unique
This home was build in 1905 with a solid brick exterior. It has a charm and elegance to it along with many mature trees, including several fruits. The inside is completely new and remodeled in 2024.
