Great property for our family of 13 - 7 adults and 6 kids, ages 3 to 10. We stayed for a week. The kitchen was well-equipped for all your cooking needs. The resort shuttle was amazing. Come and go to many local businesses and all the drivers were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condominium. We appreciated having lots of bedrooms and baths for our large family gathering. Just a few points off for some worn furnishings and paint in some of the guest rooms. None of this distracted from our wonderful time together. The children especially enjoyed the pools and time at the indoor putt putt course. The condo is in a great location with easy access to Main St., Breckenridge and all it has to offer.

We had some trouble checking in, but the property was great - excellent location, loved the ski lockers, super close to the elevators. Beds were comfy, rooms were large, kitchen was well-stocked. Awesome view, and being able to walk outside and instantly be at the lifts was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with children and grandchildren and couldn't have asked for a better place! Great views, great family room where everyone gathered and beds were very comfortable after long days of hiking, fishing, and many activities for the kids!
This was a perfect place for a 4-family stay. The amenities were great for the kids and each of the adult couples had their own space with a bathroom so sharing the entire unit 4 families worked great. The condo had everything we needed. The ski access was super easy and we had all the amenities to keep everyone entertained and happy. We were able to walk into town and could take the shuttle if our ski legs were tired. Would definitely come back!
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has a beautiful view and is really close to Main St and all the shops. It was also great having a ski lift in the “backyard”.
We truly enjoyed our time. The location can’t be beat, awesome views, and plenty of space for our group of 15. You’re steps away from everything. Would definitely stay again.
The location was close to things, having a shuttle was convenient. Very clean!

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We’re glad to let you know that our team has resolved the issues with the drains, railing, and ski lockers. We hope you had an enjoyable visit and would love the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
Nice size condo to accommodate our large family. Shuttle service is convenient to take you downtown. Good activities in the resort for kids and adults.
Property a little worn. Carpets need to be cleaned. Great location and stocked really well for our group of 14. Family had a great time. Bedrooms and mattresses very comfortable. expensive property.
The weather wasn't the best for skiing so we were happy that the lodging was roomy and comfortable. Great location. We loved the shuttle taking us around town. They responded quickly to any problem we had. The facility is older but we loved how much room we had, the supplies we needed to start our vacation, and the location. We would definitely stay again.
Property and location were amazing. So convenient, ski rental/lift tickets are on property and easy to access. Lift is just steps away. They have upgraded furniture so no couch issue as others have commented. Would rent again. Only downside is there is only one elevator and it gets backed up at 4 o’clock coming off the slopes.

More of a party house instead of a penthouse.
Furniture broken/worn, windows cold/loud. Everything is old/broken.

Thank you for your comments on the Black Diamond Penthouse at Beaver Run. Since your review, the furniture has been replaced, new carpets have been installed, and new mattresses have been replaced the old. We look forward to offering a great unit to stay in, in addition to the fantastic location.
Great space, 4 King rooms a plus, BRs for the kids, each family had own bathroom, kitchen well stocked except for leftover containers (we left extra). Comfortable bedding, sitting space and dining table that fits everyone, humidifiers in each BR, good amenities at the resort.
Negatives: Half bath downstairs still broken (I don't think it will ever be fixed); 10 am checkout, instructions for check-out not consistent with location, no air and some rooms and without windows that open to the outside. I would not go in the deep summer.
We were in a fantastic unit was six bedrooms which were perfectly for the 13 of us. We love that there was a pool, hot tubs, the kids loved the arcade. The only problem is only one restaurant was open, and it wasn’t very good. Almost every single person had a problem with their meal whether the chicken was undercooked or the vegetables and soup were just not edible. It’s disappointing there were not more food choices so when we didn’t cook, we had to go into town.
