A trip of a lifetime
I rented three villas for a family vacation with my husband, all of our children, and their families. KMB was very helpful with making the reservations and accommodating any changes we needed.
The villas themselves were amazing. My villa had an ocean view, plenty of room, and everything we needed for a great stay. The beach right outside was wonderful as well.
Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency during our stay and needed assistance getting to the car. My children requested a wheelchair, but it took far too long for one to be brought to my room. After we had already been waiting, we were told they were very busy, which was completely unacceptable during an emergency.
Additionally, they wanted to charge a nightly fee for a rollaway bed, which seemed excessive given the cost of the villas.
Despite these service and management issues, the villas and the location were excellent. I hope management addresses these concerns, especially the need for a prompt response when a guest has a medical emergency.
