This superb unit offers a cozy living room with 1 murphy bed and 1 bunk bed, wood burning fireplace and is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking or mtn biking. Studio sleeps 4. The building also has several commons areas stocked with games and puzzles that can be used to entertain any guests or just relax. A large outdoor deck with BBQ is located in the commons area that can be used when the snow has melted in the spring and summer. The building also has an indoor spa that is heated/operational only during the ski season. Unit also comes with 1 underground, and secured parking space, firewood, ski tuning room, and a coin laundry room. We're happy to assist with any questions and recommendations of activities while you stay in beautiful Kirkwood and nearby Lake Tahoe.
