When arrived none of the beds were made and laundry was everywhere. Next day the cleaner had thrown a bunch of toilet paper in the downstairs toilet and when flushed it flooded. And the showerhead in the master bathroom had pink mold and the blinds in the master bathroom’s were broken so we had to used the bathroom with the door open blocking the window

The check in process was easy. The location is off of a not so busy street. There were cars that were loud so the second night I wore ear plugs and it was fine. The wifi did not work once you were upstairs. Several of the blinds were blinds/missing sections. The light in the bedroom with the two queen beds kept flickering. There were a few hairs on the bed and in the shower. My husband felt the mattress was too hard, I had no issues there. The dishwasher is loud, we only had to run it once before we left so if you have to run it do it while you are gone. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of bowls, cups, silverware. We would stay here again and for the price it was a great deal for our family. Communication with the host was good before our stay.
