Old Fashioned Holdings, LLC is comprised of two couples - who share a long time friendship. We are based out of CT, but have ties to the Wilmington area. Our passion for travel and getaway experiences led us to forming this business to create high quality experiences for people that like to travel - just like us.
Why they chose this property
We have had ties to Wilmington, NC since 2019 and now have multiple properties in the area. We love the location of this property due to the proximity so many great spots. Whether you're visiting the University, heading to the Intracoastal or Wrightsville Beach or to the historic downtown, each are easily accessible. Almost every time you drive to or from the property you will see water (Bradley Creek, the Causeway, or Intracoastal). Additionally, it is in a residential neighborhood that will allow you plenty of quiet and relaxation as you return to the property.
What makes this property unique
We love the large fenced in backyard with both a natural firepit and a propane pit as well. The patio has both an "adult" picnic table as well as a "kids" table and a gas grill. The house was recently renovated inside to provide a great "beachy vibe" for your time in the house. Equipped with beach chairs and a lounger to use at the beach provides additional perks for our guests.
