Seriously, how damaged is VRBO? They know I never got into the apartment, yet they send me this?The person in CDMX with the keys never showed up. I spent one night in a hotel after hours on the street, and the next day I found another space. The day AFTER that, I got a response. "Oh, I lost my phone." And for whatever reason, my reservation was cancelled, and the idiot who texted me days later told me to get back on and make another reservation.
