EAST OAKLAND NEIGHBORHOOD IS HORRIBLE!
False advertising: 4 bedrooms were really 3 with an open area that had a sofa bed which the host said was the 4th bedroom. The kitchen is featured in the pictures, but we couldn't use it because there was allegedly no gas hooked up to cook. The microwave oven had a broken handle and was not working when we checked in. Turns out it was unplugged, but we didn't know that. There was dog feces at the front porch which the host refused to clean up. cleancup.

The house is a four bed room with a loft downstairs which is considered a room. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming and close to downtown.All the amenities works but guests was not patient enough to figure out how to use it. I told guests that the landscape will take care of the dog feaces in the city crosswalk.
