You will be in a quiet, safe, jogger friendly neighborhood which is close to casual dining, entertainment and 10 min away from downtown Macon. Only 2-3 miles from Atrium Medical Center and Mercer Law school. The house has 1 master bed and full bath, 2 bedrooms and a common full bathroom. Each room has a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, chair, mirror, & closet. New washer and dryer in house for convenience. Kitchen is essentially equipped with basic utensils and appliances. Back yard has pebble walkway with an inviting space to spend your evenings or days off. Enjoy your down time on our couch and stream your favorite shows with a brand new 50 inch smart TV in the living room.
