Private, quiet, wooded, one-story, mid-century modern house. 4 bedrooms; 2 baths. Forest on three sides. Perfect for families. Can comfortably host 8 people. Large great room with wall of windows; large deck overlooking the woods; heat pump-based air conditioning & heat in open floor plan; four bedrooms arranged around great room. Outdoor shower, washer and dryer. Smart TV.

This house is minutes from Wellfleet's cultural activities and restaurants, but it feels like it's out in the country. You can enjoy deep relaxation in a chaise lounge on the deck, or in the hammock in the shade, under a tree.

Look out your bedroom windows and see trees, trees, trees. Listen to the birds, the peepers, and bullfrogs. Roast marshmallows under the moon and stars.

There's no traffic on this well-maintained, unpaved road. 1.2 miles to Burton Baker Bay beach on quiet country road; 1.5 miles to Indian Neck Beach; short walk to nature trail and Fox Island marsh. Three miles to Marconi Beach. Parking for 5 cars.

Four night minimum stay in July and August, 10% discount for week-long stay. Price includes linens, towels, and cleaning products.
