The Space:

Lakefront Home - Private Dock - Gentle Lot with flat walkway to the dock. There is not a slip available. However, there is room to tie up next to the dock. There are also bumpers provided, so that you can safely tie up.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, toaster, blender, mixer, waffle maker, and coffee maker with both K-Cup and filter options. Indoor Living: Flat screen, Cable, and Roku TV. Ceiling fans, board games, tic tac toe, Checkers, etc., and comfortable seating. There is also a corn hole game available for guest use under the king bed in the main bedroom. (Please return when done) Outdoor Living: Lakefront decks with seating, grill, and firepit. Dock: Private Dock with 10x24 boat slip available for use. Parking: Parking for 4 cars on site. General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels. *Guest Must Agree to and Sign the Rental Agreement *No Parties allowed on the property *Minimum booking age, 25 *No smoking of any kind *No persons over the 10 occupancy max allowed on the property *Cancelations subject to 4% credit card fee

The Neighborhood:

Located in Sunrise Beach, you are dead center to go to the West Side of the lake, including local attractions such as Captain Ron's, The Cave, Paradise, and the Sunrise Beach Safari. Or head over the bridge to the East side, where you find the Bagnell Dam Strip with over 20 local favorites such as the Malted Monkey ropes course, Casa Blanca, Neon Taco, Tucker Shuckers, Old Time Photos, and Grandma's Candy Kitchen. If you are looking for finer dining with a casual atmosphere, you must visit Baxters or JB Hooks, located just over the bridge as well. No matter what you are looking for, this home is close to everything!

Easy Access to Hwy 5 or Hwy 54.



Other Things to Note:

This is a pet-friendly property. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions do apply. Dogs must be 50 lbs or under.



Pet waste bags, a scooper, and a designated trash can will be provided for proper waste disposal.

A retractable lead will be provided.

NO ground spikes or stakes, of any kind, are permitted (due to septic lines).

There is a $50 fine for failing to pick up pet waste.

If dogs will be on the beds, please bring a separate set of sheets.
