Enjoy the privacy and convenience of this Tri-level town home with Double Master bedrooms, each with private master baths. (Sleeps 13, K,Q,Q,Q,Q,F,tw,tw,crib) Walk on, walk off the slope’s “two miles home" ski trail. A/c Gourmet - cook's kitchen, LV and also a separate family entertainment room on the entry level. 4 bedrooms 3 full & 1 half bath, decks and patio with fire pit and BBQ. Discounted fall rates, or seasonal ski rental. Expansive views of Mt. Washington, so perfect for the on property spa, zip line tours, mountain biking, Frisbee golf, go carting, tennis, hiking and close to several near by golf courses. NH's largest ski Mtn with access to all of the Omni's resort property. Family friendly, with outstanding ski school instruction, snow board, three terrain parks and even dog sled tours.


The Omni resort has numerous other amenities you can access including the Mount Washington Hotel, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating, and indoor rock climbing. Your oasis is located moments away from the base lodge and chairlifts. Ski-in/Ski-out for lunch for the earliest mountain access.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please run a load of laundry and start it in the dryer to assist the cleaners. Also, starting the second load of laundry is very helpfull. Thank you!!! John and Brenda
The resort’s trash facilities are a 1/4 mile, on the left side past Drummans/Irving gas station.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A/C central air is shut off Dec-April Parking for 2 cars in front, additional guest parking on woods road. 10mph speed limit. Minimize noise 10pm-7am

Come back again in our summer and fall. The best thing ever is leaving the windows open at night and falling asleep or waking up to the sounds of the brook running next to the townhouse. Second best is having coffee on the patio and counting the butterflies in the spring.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The living quarters were perfect for multiple families. Condo was beautiful. We had young children which made the location placed approximately 30 mins in every direction from Storyland, Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post. White Mountain Retreat

I gotta warn though, our "high season" (Dec-Mar), can fill up pretty early. It is not uncommon that the most desirable weeks; Feb. school Break, Christmas-NYE, and MLK weekend ogten book a year out. Fun summer getaway

This townhouse offered the perfect base for a weekend of adventure in the white mountains. It was a great size for 2 families, providing plenty of space and amenities. The backyard seating and fire pit were a great place to unwind after daily adventures, biking, taking the cog up Mount Washington, exploring the nearby river, and heading up Bretton Woods gondola for great views and a really delicious lunch!

Perfect spot for an extended family visit for Santa’s village (25 min drive). Spacious 3-story layout and ample bathrooms for multi-family stay. Nicer decor than expected for price point, huge great room TV and fireplace. Beautiful snowy slope hike and streams just behind property. A special and memorable choice!
