3 night - 2 family getaway

The house was new and very clean! Very well stocked as well. We made breakfast each morning and had no issues finding what we needed to cook a full breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked well and clean. We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the house and the location was great as well. I am sure we will be returning again!

The property was clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the listing description was inaccurate regarding the air conditioning.The listing states that the property has air conditioning, but in reality, only the master bedroom had its own AC. On the main floor, the other two bedrooms did not have air conditioning—only the living room was air-conditioned. Similarly, in the basement, neither of the two bedrooms had AC; only the game room had an air conditioning unit. This made the bedrooms quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather.When we initially reported the issue, we were asked to check the thermostat and try a few troubleshooting steps, which led us to believe there might be a problem with the system. After several follow-ups, we were finally informed that the bedrooms on the main floor and in the basement were not equipped with air conditioning and were advised to keep the bedroom doors open to allow cool air to circulate.Communication was also somewhat frustrating. The host responded quickly to the first few messages and often said they would "get back to us shortly," but we repeatedly had to follow up before receiving a clear answer.Overall, the property itself was nice, but the listing should accurately describe the air conditioning setup so future guests know what to expect.
