Poolside Oasis, Luscious Gardens, and Spacious 4-bedroom house in Tucson
Welcome home to your serene, beautifully decorated, 3-bed, plus den home with sprawling HEATED pool and patio space galore.
Your own private, fenced in sanctuary, in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, near stores and restaurants for convenience (although you may never want to leave).
We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do. The interior is darling and highly functional. The backyard is phenomenal, with multiple outdoor seating areas, spectacular native vegetation, and a deep, heated, in-ground swimming pool (no diving board). The pool is heated to 78 degrees in the winter for your comfort and enjoyment. (Heating to higher temperatures is available for an additional fee-just ask.)
Quiet and safe neighborhood + luscious gardens = great birdwatching right in your backyard.
The master bedroom with private ensuite has a king bed and is separated from the den, which has a queen sleeper sofa, by closing barn doors. Each has a TV and the den has its own access to the outdoor oasis and pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen beds. A second full bath is in close proximity, just off the hall.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. 2-car garage + carport. The house and especially kitchen are fully equipped with just about everything you can think of. (And if something is missing, just let us know.)
