About this property
Comfortable character home near Rotorua lakefront, fast Wifi.
Our home is located close to the Waiteti Stream and the Ngongotaha lakefront park. Access to Lake Rotorua is an easy 2 minute stroll around the corner. Our home was originally built in the 1930's and we have enjoyed refurbishing it during the time that we have been the owners, all the while being careful to maintain its charm. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 large modern bathroom as well as 2 lounge areas and a modern kitchen. Each lounge areas has separate heating with one of these being a log fireplace. The property is completely fenced with lawn at the front and rear of the house for kids to enjoy. The house also has a lock-up garage.

This house had so much potential when we bought it and we fell in love with its charm and quirkiness. The location close to Lake Rotorua and the world famous Waiteti trout stream made this even more appealing.
What makes this property unique
We have modernised the interior over the years in order to provide our visitors with comfort, including additional heating as well as the modern bathroom and kitchen.
