The Space:

This is the only 5-bedroom closest to the clubhouse with no rear neighbors. This gated community is practically bursting with amenities that guests are free to enjoy, including a resort-sized swimming pool, spa, tiki bar, sand volleyball, 18-hole mini golf, and fitness center. And that’s just to name a few! To cool off closer to home, you’ll have your very own screened-in pool to enjoy day or night with chaise lounge chairs, recliner patio furniture, al fresco dining table, and a bubbling spa that overflows into the pool. With no neighbors directly to the rear of you, privacy is in abundance.



With a location advantageous to all the area’s entertainment resorts, day trips to and from the parks are a breeze! Tap into your magical side at the Disney World Resort, taking pictures with your favorite character or getting adventurous on a heart-pumping ride. Just 21 miles from the home, this experience will be a priceless memory that will last a lifetime. Pack your house robes and don't forget your Marauder's Map when you visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Universal Studios, where you can indulge in a butter beer as you meander through the magical shops and mingle with witches and muggles alike. Inside the home, abundant light pours in from high-wall windows, highlighting the pristine main living area and setting the tone for your stay with dark wood accents and tasteful, modern décor. Central air conditioning keeps the house nice and cool, giving you relief from the heat as you cuddle up on plush sofa seating. Pop open a cold drink and stream episodes of your favorite show you’ve been saving on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen will enable all your culinary aspirations whether you design to whip up delicious meals at home or lay out a spread of takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. You’ll have plenty of options for dining between the formal dining room with seating for 6, the kitchen table with seating for 4, or out on the aforementioned patio. For an after-dinner adventure, head to the garage-converted-game room to challenge a friend to a game of pool with a movie playing in the background.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Wizards are welcome in bedroom #3, themed in Harry Potter and inclusive of 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Hot dog! Bedroom #4 is for the Mickey fans with 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with an extended single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted.

• Optional Fees:

o Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

o Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
