Enjoy the tranquil views of this cheerful neighborhood as you sip your morning coffee on the covered patio, planning out all the adventures of a brand-new day.



This amazing retreat is also conveniently located to all the thrills and excitement that Kissimmee and the greater Orlando areas have to offer. You’ll be just over a mile away from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this popular destination offering an abundance of retailers, restaurants, a movie theater, and so much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Day-to-day needs are easily taken care of with grocery stores less than a 5-minute drive away.



Head indoors to beat the heat by surrounding yourself in the soothing cool tones of the décor and furnishings, promoting peace and calm after energetic days spent out and about. Sink into the plush living room sofa as you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. The open floor plan seamlessly blends spaces together, so even steps away in the kitchen you’ll remain connected to the conversation. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware, all your mealtime needs will be well met. Gather together for formal fare at the sophisticated dining room table with seating for 8 or snag a stool up at the island for more casual bites. Of course, no trip to Margaritaville would be complete without a cocktail or two to commemorate, and the provided margarita machine will ensure you make the very most out of your stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available in lot for up to 3 vehicles – first come, first served.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.

• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”



- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.



Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
