This beautiful 5BR, 5BA post-modern sits on a very private 1-1/3 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac and up a long driveway, two miles off the Sunrise Highway in Hampton Bays.

House is beautifully decorated with two separate living spaces, two masters, lounge with wet bar, finished basement with game room, 45 foot heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, home gym with free weights, Concept 2 rowing machine and Bodi exercise bike with free workout programming.

Kayaks, SUPs, basketball hoop.

Perfect for multigenerational family vacations or for two families to share.

2 minutes to a beautiful and quiet Peconic Bay beach.

House has two zone central air.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with king bed, and a whirlpool tub and separate shower in the master bath. Two other bedrooms on the first floor, each with two twin beds, plus one additional full bathroom downstairs. Fully-equipped kitchen, with gas range, microwave, two coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 Drip) and chef's-grade cookware. Dining room and family room with TV and Sonos system also on first floor. Large decks off of both dining room and master bedroom facing the pool and back yard. Large gas grill on deck with connection to house propane tank (No refilling necessary.) Dining table for 8 on deck.

Second floor features two bedrooms, one with queen bed and en-suite bath (with whirlpool tub), the other with two twins and a semi-private bath.

Second floor also has family room with 55 inch LED TV, blu-ray player, surround-sound and Sonos system. There is broadband Wi-Fi. Also upstairs is a 'Cafe' with wet bar, fridge, dishwasher and small coffee maker. Laundry room with washer-dryer is off the family room.

The finished basement features a full gym, with Bodi bike and free exercise class programming, an ERG Concept 2 rowing machine, free weights, adjustable bench, sissy squat machine, etc. There is also a bar and a full bathroom with shower, all with direct access to the back yard. There is a second full-sized washer/dryer in the basement.

The back yard features a heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, plenty of patio furniture, a hammock and plenty of room for the kids (and adults) to run around and play.

Plenty of parking, including space for a large trailered boat. (there is a public boat ramp a 2 minute drive from the house)

Great place on Eastern LI

We had a great time at Chuck's house. He was very communicative and responsive. The house and the pool were great. There were several different areas to hang out (2 living areas and the game room) and it was well insulated sound-wise between floors. Outdoor spaces were great too - lots of shade in the backyard (even in the pool during different parts of the day)

Didn’t want to leave

Exceptional on all fronts. This is more than a vacation house; it’s a vacation home. Tastefully decorated, generously appointed and well maintained. Foosball and pool tables in the downstairs game room and a beautiful heated pool and fire pit ment we had plenty to do, rain or shine. A full kitchen on the main level and a dishwasher and refrigerator upstairs were perfect for our group of ten, including a 6-year old. A perfect place to host our 50th wedding anniversary. Chuck the owner was more than responsive, before and during our stay.

Great Time in the Hamptons

We love the Hamptons and had a wonderful time at this home. Chuck was a fantastic and accommodating host. The property is as good as it looks and very comfortable. Close proximity to everything good about Hampton Bays. Definitely would stay there again.

Excellent stay!

This vacation was to get away and relax. We did just that! Chucks property is quiet and private and relaxing by the pool (which is gorgeous and large!) was great. We made it to the beach a couple of days, which was only a short car drive away (less than a mile) and there was lots of parking for non-residents. The house was well equipped for everything we wanted to do - play games, eat, swim. Chuck and his family were easy to communicate with and provided lots of tips. It was a great choice for our first stay in the Hamptons! Thank you to Chuck and his family for being amazing hosts!

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience living at this house which is located minutes away from Peconic bay. The owner was such a delight to work with. He provided tons of information to make our stay comfortable. He promptly responded to my questions and had the house equipped with basic necessities. The house was stocked with almost anything you may need for being away from home. This was very nice for us because we travelled with young children and they had a blast. The house was recently renovated to include an outdoor shower which we loved to use before and after jumping into the pool or hot tub. It is conveniently located within a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Many restaurants also delivered to the house. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to be in the area. The Peconic bay beach was secluded and perfect for my children and us to spend hours of our time there. The outdoor deck had child gates and the yard was big enough for everyone to run around. We were able to do a bon fire and smores on the beach one night. More importantly the owner, Chuck went out of his way to stock the fridge with basic stuff for our first night there. We loved our stay and we thank you for your flexibility with check in and check out including the attention to details for making our stay comfortable. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful location, well equipped house and great host

With a stunning and quiet bay beach half a mile away, one of the best Hamptons ocean beaches less than ten minutes away, a stunning pool and lots of great amenities, this was a wonderful locations for two families to pass a last week of summer vacation together. Chuck was a great host and very helpful.

Wonderful Perfect Family Vacation Home

We had a wonderful experience. The house is perfect and accommodated myself and my children perfectly. There is enough room to have family time together, as well as enough space to have some quiet downtime. The owners were extremely accomodating and very easy to work with. We absolutely would rent from them again, and see no reason to even look at any other vacation homes in the Hamptons! Excellent experience, no negatives!

Hampton Bays celebration..

We had a wonderful vacation celebrating my mom's 70th birthday in the Hampton Bay area. The house was perfect, it was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, everything that we required for our stay was available for our use. We were made to feel completely welcome from the moment that we arrived - it was like a home from home. The house is extremely well-located just minutes from the bay and the local town and the ocean is about ten minutes away by car. Hampton Bays is a great place from which to explore both the north and south forks of Long Island.

Great house, excellent owners, highly recommended

This is a gorgeous house very close to the bay, although the heated, extra large pool made it difficult to leave the property. The owners were easy-going and straightforward, very easy to work with. My wife and I were more than satisfied. Great for kids as well (e.g., billiards, darts, air hockey, trampoline, etc...), and the multiple levels and decks of the house made it perfect for each person to have his/her own space. Highly recommended!

We are native New Yorkers, and we have used this house as our own year round retreat since we acquired it in 2010. We will do our best to accommodate every guest's preferences and requests (within reason). The house is in a quiet neighborhood, so we cannot accommodate large events, group or share house rentals.

Why they chose this property

The house is ideally set up to be enjoyed by two families and their children, with plenty of space for everybody, including separate living areas on each floor. All bedrooms are generously sized. Swim, bike, boat, fish or do nothing--it's up to you! You can hike from the back yard right onto thousands of acres of parkland and miles of trails, or you can mountain bike through them as well.

What makes this property unique

The house is very private, large, clean and comfortable. This is our home, not a "rental house". It is furnished and equipped to our taste and for our family's enjoyment, which we believe lends itself to the relaxation, fun and enjoyment of our guests.
