A new Maine Cabin located across the street from Lake Sherburne. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the back deck watching the Sunrise surrounded by nature or start your day with a Kayak on the lake. Or launch your boat at the public launch a quick 2 minute drive away. Spend the day hiking the trails adjacent to the property or ride the nearby ATV trails. End the night with friends and family around the fire pit in the back of the house . The house is a short 45 minute drive to the Portland Jetport or the surrounding ocean beaches.

We live local to the home and we love the area as well as hosting. We love the outdoors and hope that you enjoy the space as well.
What makes this property unique
The home is surrounded by nature, you have a one minute walk to the beach, nature trails at the end of the driveway and your surrounded by atv and snowmobile trails close by.
