Welcome to your ultimate mountain retreat! Our beautifully appointed home is nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, just less than a mile to Camelback Ski Resort. Ideal for up to 8 guests, this property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms equipped with 5 comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventures.
From the moment you step onto the front porch, you're greeted with breathtaking view of the ski slopes! The living space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a warm, inviting atmosphere with all the comforts of home!
Our location offers unparalleled access to Camelback Ski Resort, less than a mile away, making it a skier's paradise during the winter months!
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing meals, a cozy dining area, and a living room perfect for movie nights or curling up with a good book. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated to enhance your stay, complemented by modern amenities to provide both convenience and comfort.
Whether you're here for a thrilling ski trip or a peaceful mountain escape, our home is the perfect base for experiencing everything the Camelback area has to offer!

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs.
3) Propane Not Provided for the grill.
We live in an AWESOME community and it is super close to Camelback Mountain, hiking, biking, and so much more!
Our community DOES have *Very* strict guidelines pertaining to no events, only registered guests, and no fireworks. Please review the guidelines prior to booking :)
The minimum Age to Reserve is 25 yrs old
All vehicles MUST be registered. You will need to send us your license plate information at least 24 hours prior to arrival so we can register your vehicle for you.
No events allowed - All guests must be family members. No friend groups. No non-family gatherings.
No smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed
No commercial photography and filming allowed
Only the registered guests are allowed on property - NO EXCEPTIONS
NO fires or fireworks **$500 immediate fine with no warnings**

9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Residential Use Only: Our home is intended solely for single-family residential use. "Single Family" is defined as a group of one or more persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship, or other legally recognized custodial relationship, maintaining a common household. Additionally, no more than two unrelated guests are permitted as part of the headcount.
All vehicles MUST be registered. All guests must be registered. NO FIRES. NO FIREWORKS ($500 fine), follow posted speed limits (enforced by local private security)
There is parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the front of the house (just to the left when looking at the house. Any extra vehicles need to be parked in the overflow lot (just to the right when you are pulling into the community. No motorcycles or campers are allowed to be parked in front of the house (must be parked in the overflow lot).
A quick note about parking! The community is kinda particular about where you park. When you arrive at the house, please only “pull in” to park. Do not park “parallel”. The village will fine any violators!
Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive so it's all ready for you!
If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay.
But if you are staying for long term (28 nights or more), a cleaning will be scheduled weekly during your stay. You are welcome to be present during the cleanings, or if you prefer, we can take care of everything while you’re out.
If you have any preferences or specific times that work best for the cleanings, just let us know! :)
