Large 2bdr+office+den in IDEAL LOCATION! Short walk to beach AND Atlantic Ave
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this large 1200 s.f. single family townhome at an ideal Delray Beach location. While you can walk just steps to Atlantic Ave and to the beach, the house is on a very quiet street. There are 2 bedrooms, plus a bonus office and den space in addition to the living/great room/kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed, with an additional area which is set up as an office. The main bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses, with a bonus sitting/den area, offering a large comfy couch that pulls out to a queen bed.
With amenities like a washing machine, dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. Guests will also have a beach wagon to tote everything you will need for the beach. We hope you enjoy what our place and all that Delray Beach has to offer.
