Why they chose this property

This townhouse is located across the street from Attitash Mountain. Int eh winter, you can ski on/off or visit the nearby cross-country paths in the neighborhood. In summer, visit the walking trails, access to small/private beaches along the Saco, or enjoy the summer activities on Attitash. Year round, you can walk next door to the hospitality building for the game room, sauna, pool, hot tub, or to grab a bite to eat. There's so much to do within walking distance!

What makes this property unique

This townhouse is so quaint and cozy. Although it's close to everything, it feels very private inside. It's modern while still offering traditional NH charm.
