The space
We are the corner lot directly across from the 2 pools and HotTub area at Coral Canyon Resorts - one of the best locations in the community.

The front door opens into an open-concept living room, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook like you're home including a gas range, newer appliances, and a variety of essential home chef utensils. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen island has an additional 4 seats.

The dining area opens onto the front porch where an additional breakfast nook seats 4 allowing for a great flow of indoor/outdoor eating and entertaining.

The living room has an 85 inch TV, 2 recliners and an oversized sectional with a 5 foot ottoman for game nights, allll the leg room or just extra lounging. Out the back door you'll find a wrap around porch and back patio area with a gas grill, picnic table and connection to the front breakfast nook. Our unit also has the largest grass pad in the strip where you can set up the cornhole sets, play yard games or enjoy the sunset.

The master bedroom has a private entrance to the backyard and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. You'll sleep in a comfortable king bed with an upgraded mattress and have your own TV. An oversized chair with a pull out bed is also featured, perfect for relaxing, scrolling or clingy kids wandering in from the bunk room.

The master bathroom has two sinks, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, a separate "toileting room", and an oversized walk-in closet (perfect for pac n' play set up). The master closet also hosts 2 extra cots. Through the master closet, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.

The third bedroom is a colorful bunkroom perfect for kids, teens or adults looking for whimsy. There are 4 beds, 2 twins and 2 full size mattresses. While this room easily fits 6 kids we don't recommend more than 4 adults in this space.

You have access to the whole condo + 2 pools, a workout room and the club house.

Adjacent to the community is fishing pond (we have fishing poles - you just need a license unless you're under 12) and a walking trail around the pond. There is a gym in the club house, games onsite and a gas station up the street.
